Who will watch over your data in Aguavida Llops?

The Data Protection Delegate of the BCN-Gin Group, popularly known as DPO (in English, Data Protection Officer), will be the guarantor within Aguavida Llops, S.L. of compliance with data protection regulations. The DPO will have a team to support and serve our customers within the Company (Privacy Team).

For what do we use your personal data?

At BCN-Gin we process your personal data in order to execute the contract and provide you with the best assistance service.

In addition, after the entry into force of the Regulation, BCN-Gin will continue to treat your data as it has done so far, with the utmost respect for the confidentiality and security of your information, and for the same purposes for which you have consented or which are justified based on another legitimacy provided in the Regulation. Why do we use your personal information?

Next, we explain the legal bases that allow us to treat your personal data. We treat your data (among others):

To allow BCN-Gin to comply with its legal obligations and among them, the laws relating to electronic commerce, tax laws or regulations on the protection of personal data in force.

For statistical research purposes to improve the quality and service of our customers.

When you give us your consent when it is required, for example, to offer you -even by electronic means- products and services of BCN-Gin, Grupo BCN-Gin and third parties, including carrying out an analysis of your interests and needs; to communicate your data to companies of the BCN-Gin Group or third parties for the same purpose; for statistical research or for the realization of profiles and automated decision making. When BCN-Gin has a legitimate interest in such data processing, such as the internal administrative purposes of the BCN-Gin Group, or so that we can better meet your expectations and improve your satisfaction as a customer. In BCN-Gin we consider that you have a reasonable expectation that your data will be used so that we can improve the products and services and enjoy a better experience as a customer.

How long will BCN-Gin keep your data?

We will keep your personal data during the validity of the contractual relationship. The data that is part of your purchase history will be kept for at least 5 years, counted from the date of registration of each purchase process. As for the rest of your personal data, they will be kept for the period that is necessary for the formulation, exercise or defense of potential claims, to comply with legal obligations whenever permitted by applicable law. Once the statute of limitations expires, we will destroy or anonymize your data.

To whom will we communicate your data?

We will not transfer your personal data to third parties, unless it is necessary to provide you with service, we are covered by a law or that you have previously agreed with BCN-Gin. We put at your disposal a list of categories of companies to which we give your information in the section Third parties.

In order to be able to provide you with an adequate service and manage the relationship that we maintain with you as a client, in the section Third parties you will find a list of categories of companies that treat your data on behalf of BCN-Gin, as part of the provision of services that we have hired. .

We also inform you that, for the same purpose as indicated in the previous paragraph, the following companies that appear in the third party section and that provide services to BCN-Gin could access your personal data from countries outside the European Economic Area ( international data transfers).
